Caroline Deeble - Profile

As a self taught artist, Caroline Deeble’s award-winning artwork continues to evolve and can be expressed as “contemporary nature.” Her unique style has been created on her artistic journey of 30+ years, exploring layers of colour and shadows, while capturing the essence of free flowing water, natural habitats & modern mark-making.  Caroline has a genuine passion for the importance of art in our lives. She has spent more than 20 years working with adults & young people in Fine Arts Education, as well as showing her artwork in local, national & international exhibitions.

“I am a visual thinker. With each moment captured in time, a non-erasable photograph is etched in my mind. It is these images that in turn redevelop and become the new image of the next artwork that I create. My paintings are my visual, creative response to my daydreams. Bringing them to life is my reward. I see myself as a painter of our natural world. Its beauty, colours and organic form inspires my continued developing artistic response. My passion & experience enables me to share my art and technical skills through my private studio workshop classes.”
